1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any tour package booked with Banjari MP Tours Private Limited, a travel and tour operator based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. By enquiring about or booking a package with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing & Package Inclusions

Prices shown on our website are starting prices per person on a twin/double-sharing basis and can vary with travel dates, hotel category, group size and availability. Final pricing and inclusions are always confirmed with you in writing (over WhatsApp or email) before any payment is collected.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only once the applicable advance amount is received and acknowledged by us.
• The balance amount is payable as per the schedule shared with you at the time of booking, generally before or at the start of the trip.
• Package prices do not include personal expenses, optional activities, travel insurance, or anything explicitly marked as excluded in your itinerary.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

• Please carry a valid government photo ID for every traveller — required at hotel check-in and at certain permit/entry points.
• Please be on time for pickups and scheduled sightseeing; the itinerary is planned around fixed timings (sunrise/sunset points, gate closing times, etc.).
• Guests are responsible for their own conduct and for any damage caused to vehicles, hotel property or equipment during the trip.

5. Changes, Delays & Force Majeure

Sightseeing order, timings or specific viewpoints may change due to weather, local administration restrictions, safety closures, traffic or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives and will not be liable for costs or losses arising from such delays or changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Banjari MP Tours Private Limited acts as the tour operator coordinating hotels, transport and local services on your behalf. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts, defaults or negligence of independent third-party service providers, or for loss, injury or expense arising from causes beyond our reasonable control.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Website Use

Content on this website (text, images, logo) belongs to Banjari MP Tours Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
